Patient-Centric Approach

I believe in addressing the underlying causes of a patient's condition, emphasizing the importance of preventive care. Recognizing that many health issues stem from basic lifestyle factors—such as lack of sleep, stress, hydration, and activity—I tailor my care to address these foundational aspects, setting me apart in my approach to healthcare.

Top Health Tip

Drinking between 3 to 6 liters of water every day is super important. As we age, it's easy to forget that our bodies primarily consist of water. Staying hydrated helps fight off a bunch of health issues like infections, joint pain, and problems with our kidneys that could get serious. I also think staying hydrated can do even more for us. A study mentioned by Mills in 2020 looked at older adults and found that not drinking enough water could increase the risk of memory problems, and those already having memory issues tended not to drink enough water. So, keeping up with your water intake is key for both your body and your brain!

If you could have dinner with a historical figure, who would it be and why?

If I could have dinner with any historical figure, it would be King David from the King James Bible. His life, marked by profound struggles, victories, and leadership, intrigues me. I'd explore his reflections on his life's greatest accomplishments, questioning whether he valued his family or kingship more amidst the backdrop of his tumultuous and eventful reign.
